Yukiko Shimono Presentation
Adult Forum — Sunday, January 29th, 10:45 a.m.
Yukiko Shimono from Japan will be sharing her message during the Adult Forum on Sunday, January 29th. She is a volunteer member of the Never Again Campaign (NAC), which strives to have Japanese volunteers – in a factual, non-partisan way – spread the message of the A-bomb survivors of Hiroshima and Nagasaki and to share Japanese culture in order to promote international understanding.
We invited Yukiko as a means to explore our role as Christians and how our faith speaks in the midst of difficult justice issues for our community and world.
Please plan to join us for this educational forum.
